This is just a brief note to thank you for the excellent job you did training Maggie and modifying her behavior.
When you came to pick her up 5 weeks ago, we gave you a list of problems we were having with her which included jumping up on guests and strangers, chewing furniture, shoes and anything else in sight, and most worrisome, failure to walk on a leash without excessive pulling and failure to come back when called when off the leash. Well, she has been back for 3 weeks now and we are 100% SATISFIED!!!
There is not much these days that that is 100% satisfying but Maggie is a new dog, a better companion, and much more enjoyable to have around. Your reassurance that you could turn her around in 2 weeks seemed unlikely to us but you did just that and we are extremely grateful.
